Have used town Bridge on many occasions and everytime they surpass themselves, absolutely 2nd to none, I would not use anyone else, they are worth there weight in gold, thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to kayleigh and Ian, without kayleigh my time sensitive sale would not of completed in time, she was far more on the ball than my solicitor, very impressive. Outstanding service from start to finish. Very patient and client focussed. Went above and beyond to not only find properties to suit my specific requirements but to find me genuine potential buyers. The marketing of my house was excellent. The pictures were amazing and my house was sold after the first viewing day and the house I wanted secured. Highly knowledgeable and professional. I felt in safe hands throughout and was kept informed of progress. Solicitors were chased to progress the sale/purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Townbridge and would absolutely instruct them if I were to sell again in the future. Lovely caring bunch of people. Being 'family run' is clearly evident in the way they supported me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all for making what I feared would be a stressful process, an enjoyable and exciting one.
