Great service, even at short notice

Worst customer service and one of the worst staff I have ever seen. I booked online for wheel alignment but when I was there on time, I was told they can not do it on time and I need to wait. After waiting 40 mins, when I asked how long it would take? I was told it can not be done and I should have called them instead of booking online. There is a reason I booked online and If you do not take online booking seriously, why make them available in the first place? When I asked the same question, three people at the workshop started shouting at me. My only question was, if you can not make a booked appointment, call me before I am there so I don't waste my time. Instead I was treated like a s**t. On top of that they also called the police, who after talking to me suggested I should never go back there, which I will happily do. But seriously, this is how you treat customers? I tried my best to get hold of Robert Wyatt before writing this but did not succeed. *Already Sent email to customer service*

Was looking for some tyres for my wifes golf looked online and the price was 80 a tyre fitted so I walked down to the garage to book the car in and we then told the price was 100 a tyre! Refuse to use these rip off merchants anymore
