This is essentially two businesses running out of one premises, both of which keep completely different hours, so you cant rely on any published opening times for whatever service you may require. The post office is pretty much a case of pot-luck, you just have to turn up and hope that the planets have aligned correctly for them to actually be open (even if the newsagent is open, there's no guarantee that the post office will be, not sure about vice versa) The staff are certainly friendly and the service is fine when you do ultimatey get the opportunity to use the Post Office, which is why this review gives any stars at all, but in terms of business practice - i.e being open for business in line with perfectly reasonable expectations, they fall massively short. With practice like this, it is unfortunate to say, but this will probably be a post office which gets lost the next time Royal Mail decide to cull local branches.
