Coulby Conduct

I found Collette to be quite rude. She arrived at our home parked on the drive, on opening the door she said hi I'm Collette never said which estate agents she was representing. Just said I won't take up much of your time, asked did I want to show her round or could she look around. Collette was at our home for a maximum of 3mins and then left.

Neil and his team did a fabulous job and exceeded our expectations. We rented our property in Winsford out with Coulby Conduct for over 4 years and we didnt have any problems at all they made it so easy and vetted all the tenants we never had a problem. when we decided to sell the property we of course instructed Coulby Conduct who sold our bungalow very quickly and got us a exceptional price. a week before we were due to complete the pipes in the loft froze on the 19th December 2022 the bungalow was completely flooded with water pouring out of both entrances we thought that was it the sale would fall through, but we couldnt believe how quickly Coulby Conduct got all the trades in and dried the bungalow out , replaced all the carpets, insulation and re decorating all within 2 weeks, the buyers came round to inspect and were delighted and were happy to complete in the 1st Friday in January. A big big shout out to Neil and his team at Coulby Conduct i am pretty sure no other estate or letting agent would have been so helpful and positive in this situation. Shocking company who do not stick to their own word and contract. They do not upkeep the repairs for the house, even after reporting the same issues of damp, mold and a missing manhole cover for 3 years!!! The plaster now needs redoing in our bedroom as the plaster is coming off due to the damp being left for years after we had reported it. We have replaced the manhole cover ourself today after nearly falling through it and the danger to our little girl! The director himself measured the missing manhole cover and still has not replaced this and the so called maintenance guy on the local Middlewich branch doesnt even communicate with outside agencies who visit to check if any work was done. I never hear from anyone again unless I chase and chase! Avoid at all cost!
