        My boyfriend ordered chairs back in March. Never recieved. No refund. No contact from them. Nothing!!!! AWFUL COMPANY!!!! Need to be reported to trading standards.

        Ordered 4 chairs at the cost of 399 over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing from them. Called and sent emails and had no answer. Avoid at all costs, if you dont believe me try and ring the number on the website a few times and I guarantee you will get no answer.

        Really awful experience with this company. Made an order in November with delivery expected just after Christmas. While I appreciate the difficulties with Brexit and Covid, any communication was one sided from me and it took weeks to get any response. After continuing to chase by email, phone and Facebook messenger, I received an email on 13 March simply stating my order was cancelled without any apology or proper explanation. Ive tried to follow up and again my calls have been ignored. I interestingly note they have removed the review page from their Facebook profile and that one of the reviews here is written by their director. Id strongly advise against ordering from here. Most stock can be found at other retailers, so shop around.
