Management were rude petty people I was given a uniform that wasent even washed and asked to wash it myself, ive never been to prison but im sure the clothes they give you at processing are clean. Avoid like the plague....

We had EXACTLY the same experience as Ed Thompson (no relation). How these people sleep at night when they they have caused so much distress and financial difficulty for so many people is a mystery. We have been ghosted for months with no replies to our calls, email or solicitor's letter to ask for our money back (over 16,000). We only found out when they didn't start work when they were supposed to. After several enquiries, we eventually found out they had been stripped of their certification. Just awful, awful, awful.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been 4 years since I started dealing with them during my building project for which they were installing underfloor hearing, solar panels and a ground source heat pump. The installation process was terrible, quality of work was terrible, constant problems with the system. As soon as they get your money they are not interested in completing the job or doing a good job. Communication is awful. The directors are terrible people. Any good reviews are fake, the installers told me this. Avoid this company they could not be any worse. They recently appeared on BBC Rip Off Britain and have also lost their MCS accreditation, but are still looking for new business without telling people.

Where to start originally my installation for a heat pump was booked in for the 31/10/21 that date came and went without anyone turning up , I contacted hero only to find apparently there had been an error and my installation hadn't been booked in despite me recieving an email 1 month before confirming that date. Once we had established it hadn't been booked in I was made to wait nearly 4 weeks for a new installation date. Finally I was given date for the installation to begin which was the 31/01/22, they did actually arrive early to start the installation around the 25/01/22 so they started the installation and work ran over to the following week, the engineers left site to go and complete another job on the 2nd I believe and told me they would be back to complete the installation later that week, anyway so on Friday the 4 of February just one engineer turned up and said hero had appeared on rip off Britain and subsiquently lost their MCS accreditation and that all work was stopping on heat pumps, so since hearing this I have attempted to get them to come back and and complete the work without success which has left me with no heating or hot water They are genuinely the worst company I have ever had dealings with if I could rate them less I would.

The worst company by far that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Please think long and hard before using They are inconsiderate and incompassionate and leave you in the lurch with no heating or hot water not to mention the fact that they have taken nearly 4000 from me for a Solar Panel Installation then not finished it and are now completely ignoring me. They care not. I will make it my lifes work to expose this company and it's directors for what they are to ensure as many people as possible know just what they are like in the hope that this company does not get the opportunity to do to others as they have done to me. Evidence of their failings and email exchanges / recorded calls are freely available on request so you can judge for yourselves. I am also going to seek out other customers who have suffered at the hands of this company. They should not be allowed to get away with it.
