        Initially was interested in coming here because a nice lady stopped me when I was walking through Debenhams to talk to me about the services. She explained that it was no appointment necessary. I have now tried to several times to get my lashes done (changing my work schedule to do so) and each time the timings giving on the website have not been the timings that there have been any staff there. And when I waited for someone to turn up I was told I had to book an appointment. Please *update* the timings on your website and remove the no appointment necessary from the ship floor because that is a lie.
