Amazing job on my home in Runcorn. The team were fantastic from the owner Kev to the fitters Dean and Zak were the most professional team Ive ever encountered. Both full of knowledge and clean! After every window hetty came out and the room was left the its original state. They even put my blinds back up for me. I now have 13 windows and doors installed. Kev also uses top notch windows. The install time was minimal and organised! No sales speech given which was brilliant I was given facts and not a four hour conversation about windows. Fantastic prices and just an overall great job!

Had windows and french doors off Kevin. The fitters were excellent didn't make any mess and did a brilliant job. Good value, great service will be looking for a new front door next.

Huge thanks to Kevin and his team. New windows and doors throughout. Our house looks brand new. Such a great job from first contact to finish. Absolutely no mess/damage to surrounding plaster what so ever!! Fantastic price as well. Beat everyone else's price, no BS and ridiculous bartering, just honest quote! Highly recommended!!

Hi there. Recently I had a pleasure of choosing Kevin and his team to fit windows and doors in my house. Very competitive price, always Informed about time frame. Installers very professional - old windows were flying out within 5 minutes once they get into the house. Whole house completed in 6 hours. Beautiful composite Doors fitted in 40 minutes. Always cleared rubbish etc. Pleasure to deal with. I wish all contractors working to this standard. Anyway if In doubt - don't worry. You will be happy

Disappointed with distinctive as a whole. Angie came and looked at the job and we agreed on the price, I paid deposit, surveyor came and took measurements. We waited eight weeks and the job would be completed in July and then I was told that our roof was out by 0.23 to make it square therefore they were unable to fit a new roof on to our conservatory. I think that was a rubbish excuse for not competing the job, felt extremely let down by everyone at distinctive .
