Why does everthing now have to be done by the patient i.e. no longer taking paper repeat prescription forms etc.. having to go to an online app. Setting up accounts,etc. Totally frustrating . Be easier not to bother.

I have always found this practice excellent. The reception staff are trained so well that no matter what you ask (or I) they always have an answer and deal with it swiftly. With a long term ongoing condition for years, never had a problem with appointments. Shout out to Molly. She can get to the bottom of anything if you have a problem. Wouldn't go anywhere else tbh.
