The Woodlands Dental Practice

I was appalled by the level of customer service as when I showed up 5 minutes late they refused to see me since this practice changed hands the standard has plummeted my advice to everyone is to look elsewhere if you need a dentist, poor customer service.

Absolutely AMAZING dental practice - the best! Thank you to Mahwish who was incredible on my first visit to The Woodlands. A huge thank you to Tom who has been absolutely amazing throughout my dental treatments, and for always providing a calm, stress-free experience! Its not a place I would usually choose to be but you all have been incredible! I now have no worry at all about coming to the dentist and that is because of you lovely lot! The dream team! Thank you so much for making it such a calm, worry-free experience. You are all amazing. Thank you again!

Prior to booking in, I rang several dentists looking for cosmetic work and to get work from when i was a kid re-done . the receptionist told me if i booked they'd give me a full review of all my teeth and not just the ones i wanted to get work done on, and that i'd be able to choose what treatments i wanted. i agreed and also agreed i'd get everything done with them as I have a few grand to spend on my teeth after the review the dentist said she could not do the work as she was worried a tooth needed to be removed at the back, in case I couldn't eat on it one day. (the tooth doesnt hurt) and me and my nhs dentist decided it didnt need to be removed as ironically pulling it out wouldnt make it harder for me to eat. I really didn't want her pulling any teeth out until the end so i could pay for implants. I asked the dentist to whiten my teeth then change the fillings from when i was a kid. She refused and wouldn't do any treatment other then extractions that were 7 teeth away from the teeth i wanted to work on. I then asked her if she could just remove and refill my old filling from when i was a kid as they sometimes hurt and obviously needed work for medical purposes. Again no way near where she wanted to extract teeth but again refused as she wanted to work in "quadrants" I then lost complete confedence when she told me to get a second opinoion from another dentist because shes not sure. so two months in from when i first booked in and money spent. I have had to find a new dentist and start again. I felt i was lied to on the phone and taken advantage of because of the amount of work i wanted doing wouldn't recommend for cosmetic or medical work. as they fall short of both in my experience. I got more choice and flexibility in my treatments with nhs dentists. Waste of time and money

Had to have wisdom tooth removed,wasnt looking forward to it but was put straight at ease by Tom the dentist. I didnt feel a thing, tooth came out easily no fuss. Had a follow up call checking all was okay. Fantastic thank you
