Sam submitted a competitive quote for work at St. Clement's Church in East Manchester and was patient and supportive until the required permissions and funding were confirmed. Sam and his team then carried out the works sympathetically and I have no hesitation recommending them. It's a tad unfortunate they are based as far away as Middlewich but it's to their credit they worked through the contract so diligently. Thanks and Blessings!

Sam and the whole team at Trend and Design have done a cracking job. Their work has been of a very high standard and any changes or hiccups (not of their creation) have been dealt with without fuss. Their work on both a loft conversion and a rear extension and garden has been first class. All of the team have been no problem to have around the house and without exception their work quality has been spot on. Would definitely recommend.

Trend (Sam and the team) have just completed work on a significant renovation of our 1920s semi detached home. The team were friendly, communicative and a professional in carrying out the removal of 2x chimney breasts, an exterior wall and installation of new floors, kitchen and a storage unit and the refitting of the property roof. Sam was always contactable and prompt with updates and all the work, some of which was complex and bespoke, was completed to an extremely high standard. We'd highly recommend the team for any housing project big or small.
