Elliott Construction Services

We used Elliott Construction recently on our single storey extension spanning the width of our house. From our very first meeting with Gav and Brendan the communication was great and all dealings very professional. Rich was great at keeping us updated on scope and fee changes so there were never any surprises along the way. Brendan was in constant contact during the build and always there when I needed him with his reassuring words. Like most builds, we faced a few challenges along the way but Elliotts were always solution focused and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the project delivered our vision. All the contractors we dealt with were a pleasure to deal with and our neighbours were very impressed with how tidy the site was. We are planning more work in the future and will be calling Elliotts again.

I had the need for a 3m wide hole in the kitchen wall to open it up for windows and doors. The work conducted by Richard, Brendan and the team was exemplary. Everything from early comms, updates throughout the prep and build, tidiness during the work and the end result were fabulous. I really couldnt have asked for more. Would highly recommend and commission for any more work required.

We recently had the Elliott team round to complete a kitchen / dining room knock through. Having booked them after reading multiple reviews I can say Rich and the team were super polite, friendly and professional and kept us up to date at every stage. Would highly recommend them and will no doubt use them again for any future works. A brilliant team and huge thanks to Rich, Gav, Bren and Brian

Elliott construction completed a conversion on the side of my house within the unconverted bay of my barn. They were professional throughout, always turned up when they said they would and the whole team were all courteous, polite and hardworking. I would definitely use them again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend, Ive used a lot of tradesmen over the years but Elliots did what they said they would and got the results I wanted.
