Absolutely shocking, if only I could leave no stars! I've used this take away on many occasions and regularly. Tonight I placed my order at 6:30pm it's now 9pm and it hasn't yet arrived. I've called twice and been told each time it's on its way. Asked for a refund to be told "no because it's on its way" Two children have had to go to bed with a basic tea and now their food will be wasted!! Recommendations of a different Chinese needed!!

Poor quality food. Great big slabs of pre-cooked meat with warm sauce and veg stirred in. Chow Mien was at least an attempt at a stir fry but why the big chunks of chicken? Forget the chopsticks folks :(

The food here used to be really nice and delivery would be quick but, in the past couple of years, they've gone downhill. All the meat is so dry that it may as well be used as pulled meat. It's so bad, it's a choking hazard. Appetizers and vegetarian options are nice but that's it. (when you actually get your vegetarian options that is. We ordered a vegetarian chop suey once and ended up with a house special chop suey. Had to call up and wait for the new dish to arrive before two of our diners could eat. The rest of the food was cold by the time the new chop suey got here and we were able to make the swap, as they still wanted the old one back. We didn't mind returning it but I hope it wasn't sent out to another customer after already being delivered to us as it makes me wonder how many of our meals have been sent and returned before coming to us.) Anything with meat in is extremely disappointing. I hope they go back to their old ways and their standards improve as they used to be a great place to order from. Sadly, it seems like the chefs have lost their passion though.
