        Their sanitiser solution smelt like fish and have refused to provide a refund. They also don't reply to emails or answer phone calls when trying to resolve an issue.

        'Smelly' and 'Fishy' Product supplied by BIP Organics is referred to by customers as 'Smelly' and 'Fishy'. BIP Organics advise we cannot return the product. Following calls and emails, they have been slow to respond, latest is they will get back to us within 10 days Poor Product and Poor Service
