        Really enjoyed our stay at Longstone Cottage. Pat and Richard made us feel really welcome and were very helpful with info about nice places to visit. The cottage is well equipped with amazing view from the conservatory across the fields to Holy Island. Its in a great location to visit all the various places of interest, castles and beaches and we enjoyed lots of beautiful walks. The beach behind the dunes on Lindisfarne at low tide is spectacular and all the beaches we visited in the local area were pristine.

        The cottage is warm and cozy, with comfortable beds and every need catered for. We loved the views and the constantly changing light from the conservatory, and were kept entertained by the birds and hares. Longstone is ideally situated for exploring the coastline, which we hope to come and do again soon.
