Still waiting for my paint. forgot how long it's been since I placed an order but seems like a month, emailed three times and asked for refund, no replies from them. I'd be out of business if I took the same attitude towards my customers.

Do not order, i placed an order 10 days ago and it is still showing as processing, I've tried contacting the company multiple time by email and by phone too, rang the number and nobody answers, then the phone transferred me to a medical centre and a council warehousing. I know we are in unprecedented times and you are claiming to be under staffed, but come on 10 days and the order has still not been sent.

Arcrite welding, ordered 2 items online at silly covid prices which were showing in stock. There was a popup saying that due to corona delivery could be up to a week(no problem). Nothing turned up, emailed, no response, phoned, no answer, opened a case/ communication through PayPal...nothing. I would like to give no stars because genuinely they are an appalling company. But Google won't let me do that. I notice they're getting lots of negative reviews, take heed UPDATE: ended up opening a PayPal case. Arcrite supplied a made up shipping number in order to cancel the case, Had to get paypal to reopen case and decide in my favour when tracking proved to be false!!
