Vidalux

We had some doubts about this product as we'd always had normal showers fitted (all leaked eventually). WoW we we surprised, from the time we ordered to finished install, was trouble free. Delivery was on time, the product was reasonably simple to assemble with good DIY skills, it is of good quality and it does all it is said to do. ( It does not leak) everything works, lights, fan, radio, bluetooth. We're really pleased and can highly recommend. UPDATE 9 MONTHS LATER Unfortunately some slight bubbling of paint on the back panel, to which Vidalux will not honour their warranty. Very disappointing customer service and after sales...

Existing was obsolete, but assitance from company to resolve was excellent. Ordering and delivery were easy and on time. Unfortunately, on recieving the item, information from the manufacturers was incorrect, but the replacement still fitted and we had pre-warned the owner.

Great service when purchasing an infrared sauna. Delivery exactly as stated and all questions answered quickly when ordering. Would recommend and purchase from again when needed.

After researching the shower market thoroughly for several months I was left stuck in the search of trying to find a true leak proof shower. My old shower had leaked several times at the joints and I desperately wanted a free standing shower where the lip of the tray would be designed to catch any leaks. I remember the moment of stumbling across vidalux showers and I was ecstatic to see a wide range of sizes of showers that were leak proof! No sealant needed and they have special channels that always feed any leaks of water back into the shower tray. A dream come true! There was a nice wide range of choice and although the cheapest wasn't available due to high demand I was able to get the same size shower (Pure Range) at a slightly higher price and with better features. The communication I recieved from vidalux was excellent and I was impressed with how quick the delivery was. The shower arrived in perfect condition and it took the plumber 2 days to prep and install!
