Purchased a sauna from Poshh via sales people, David Allen and Katie Walsh, 11/11/20, invoice was raised and paid via pay pal, Invoice no 0240, from AEB solutions (parent company of Poshh and steam showers uk) , invoice raised in pounds sterling and paid via my euro account and correct amount sent to Poshh. Got a guarantee from David Allen sauna would arrive next month.
After many e mails and promises of delivery every 2 weeks, the following January, it still had not been sent. My money was refunded via pay pal minus 40 euro on 28 January 2021. No explanation was ever given by Poshh directly to me as to why , despite requesting an explanation.
Why can't they just be honest.? I have copies of all emails , payments , invoices etc as proof.
