        Major flail collector MJ27-180. Used it 2 days, first day one guide wheel peels off. The dealer thought it was under inflated. The second day the other guide wheel snaps off and gets fed through the flail and shoots out a washer through the skin of the machine. If someone had been stood in the wrong place they would have been dead or seriously injured. I've gone back to the dealer who has spoken to Major and they claim it was operator error. No explanation as to how this could possibly be from using it incorrectly. There isn't any possible reason for the failure after 2 days use except for a manufacturing fault. So to conclude the products are shoddy and they lack any customer service when things go wrong.
