Initial experience was good. After sales support is the worst I have ever experienced. Having bought a stove from these people in 2019 we have regretted it ever since. From the offset we had water accumulating at the top of the stove and this caused the joint between the stove and the liner to rust and degrade. Although asking repeatedly for them to resolve the problem. They refused to sort things because they said it was caused by the wrong type of wood being burnt (we have always used kiln fried firewood from reputable suppliers, just not the wood from Suffolk Stoves). For this reason we were informed that we had voided our warranty and any work would be chargeable. It since transpires that the stove has not been properly installed. We have had it looked at by a couple of other installers who have confirmed the liner has not been properly installed and we need the whole liner replaced to overcome the problem.

Popped in to view some wood burners for the new house. Had a large selection of different types of stoves to look over with various prices to suit a ranges of buyers. The person in the office was willing to give advice and talk about the stoves you were interested in. If the installation of the stoves is as good as the pre sales then you won't go far wrong in dealing with this company.
