        Be aware that almost all the photos on Google appear to be of the huge Heather Brae holiday let, not of Snaisgill Farm Cottage. Snaisgill Farm Cottage is in fact a lovely cottage a few hundred metres closer to the centre of Middleton-in-Teesdale. The Google pin is also incorrect - the cottage is SW of the bend in the road, not NW of the bend. I spent a delightful week at Snaisgill Farm Cottage, which adjoins the owners' house and shares the lovely south-facing garden. The setting, welcome, facilities, cleanliness, etc. were all first class. Although a cottage, it has a feeling of spaciousness and a very calming aura. An added bonus was the continual appearance of birds on the feeders right outside the kitchen window!

        Superb place. Lovely rooms and everything you need in a huge kitchen. 2 hot tubs a tennis court, football area and pool table so kids had a great time. Weather not the best but with great company, in this house, who cares. Def recommended
