Our Stovax Huntingdon 30 M/F (Nov 22) Not finished decorating yet but really pleased with our purchase. Cant praise Iain & Andrea enough. They were so helpful and gave great product information. We got fantastic customer service from start to finish. The installation team were also brilliant. Very tidy & professional.Would definitely recommend them.

What a fantastic experience from this place, we had been royally screwed over from another fitter that left us in an awful situation and lots of money down. Ian and Andrea sorted us out with a solution that we loved, left them to it and the end result is fantastic and for a fair price for the high standard. Would recommend to anybody wanting a stove. Roll on winter!

Please make sure waste disposal is included in your quote if you buy from The Fire Centre! Neither the installer nor the shop wanted to remove the waste generated by the install of my stove - 9 bags of rubble, more rubble (un-bagged), my old fireplace and hearth and the heavy granite offcuts from my new hearth. I spoke to a lady in the shop who told me that she can't make the installer remove it, but the owner will sort it out when he's back from holiday. The next week I was told by the owner that as waste disposal was not included in my quote they will not be willing to remove it unless I pay an extra 50. I don't feel like the job is complete with the pile of rubble outside my house. It's too big for me to dispose of and I don't feel like paying extra to the shop for a service that I think should have been included.
