        Everything Slams! Every door and closet draw (like a front door or car door!) The walls are thin and I'm currently stuck with neighbours who chat at high volumes and my friends have complaints about music disturbances during the night. The fire alarms have a mind of it's own and seem to get triggered to turn on every few seconds during the morning for no apparent reason before switching off and this can repeat for 30mins... This is a place with plenty of space yet the movements of others around you can be easily felt.. Literally! The floor shakes when people in the above kitchen are there. The kitchens are well kept and so is the bathroom with staff cleaners maintaining the public spaces. The plus side is fair but the downside is irritating and seriously worth considering.

        It's reasonable student accommodation at a reasonable price, not the best but it's park side and easy access to the town centre.
