        Considering These folks have a nationwide company , their organisation couldnt be any worse . Cant hire in store . So have to use the website. Website says items available. Then get to store to collect . Items have been changed to poor quality alternatives due to not having them in stock. Didnt even add the transformers to amended order . Then required to order more transformers online . On a separate order . Apparently lads behind the counter cant help.

        Would like to give more but the customer service is now shocking having to wait nearly 30mins for someone to answer a call about a query. Also took nearly 2 weeks for HSS to process the refund of hire deposit, and that's before it even hit my bank. Pushing people to use online is ridiculous when you are working or haven't the time to be scrolling on phones, or haven't a good internet service depending where you are.
