        Been with sky for over 5 years and recently broke my voice remote, phoned up and inquired about a replacement and possible costs. 18 hours later and I'm sat currently unwrapping my new VOICE remote and Duracell batteries FREE OF CHARGE!! Thanks SKY. U ROCK.
