Very poor service. Booked a cab for 18.15 called the operator at 18.30 to be told another 20 mins before the driver would arrive no apology and rude. We had to call boro taxi and we then missed our table booking . A great guide of how NOT to run a taxi firm please avoid .

Very poor service. Had to ring four times and still no taxi. The automated phone system is completely useless and unworkable. Got on the train in the end almost an hour later. I missed the mainline train I wanted because of this. Stay clear of these taxis.
