Absolutely disgusting!!!! We placed a order and then when the order was half an hour late, they decided they were too busy to deliver, and we couldnt have a refund off them , They said we had to go through uber eats who also said they wont refund us

Would leave a 0 star if possible over 1hour 30 I ordered got text to say its on its way an hour ago and called half hour ago to be told its on the way.... just called back to ask where it is to be told be patient it will arrive soon and put the phone down very rude to be honest

Waffles came cold. Should have been warm at least but seemingly my issue as Im 20 minutes away. Usually the place is pretty good. Cant say the staff were very cooperative when I called either.

Food arrived almost 2 hours late. Staff on the phone were nothing but rude. Wasn't worth the wait either, ruined it.

Their cake shakes are nice but the delivery is meant to take 10-20 minutes from where Im located, not 1 hour. Very passive aggressive staff too.
