2 years ago I injured my shoulder during a sparring session. The pain has lingered ever since. Nabils session was therapeutic and very informative. I had instant pain relief from his massage and cupping techniques and was given a plan to re strengthen my rotator cuff. Highly recommended!

After suffering a strained Trap and a trapped nerve in my shoulder following an injury, I looked into alternative therapies and physio options and came across Teesside Cupping. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to give it a try, I had restricted movement and had suffered 8 weeks of agony and sleepless nights. From prebooking the appointment to the "After service" Nabil was amazing, a true gent, he put me at ease instantly and talked me through exactly what he would be doing. I could NOT believe the difference he made after just an hour long session. Now 48 hours on I have full movement back in my shoulder,I am pain free and am equipped with exercises Nabil recommended to continue to strengthen and recover the shoulder. Would DEFINITELY recommend Nabil and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you so much Nabil, the work you do is amazing. 10/10 from me.
