Make sure you read the small print. It's apparently a rolling contract that you have a very tiny window to cancel, if you miss it your stuck in it for another 12 months even if you do not sign a new contract. All tools are available cheaper or free elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Salesfire offer one of the best solutions for keeping clients engaged on our website and also helping to increase sales revenue at the same time. I would thoroughly recommend Salesfire to any business running an e-commerce website. Their support staff are also excellent in creating effective campaigns throughout the year. It's a must have for any business.

The problem is the product! Should have read more negative reviews. The staff seem nice, friendly and helpful the 1 star isn't reflective of their work except for maybe the CEO getting passive aggressive to a previous 1 star reviewer. That's quite unprofessional from a CEO in my opinion the guy gave a simple, honest review and got attacked with a comparison to a mobile contract which is massively different. So yes, this review addresses how they respond to reviews too. The more you use the overlays feature the more you realise "oh no, pop ups are back with a new name" after years of blocking them online! It takes quite a bit of time to set up wasting your own staff wages on resizing images and marketing, something most will inevitably want to cancel after a month or 2. The conversion data they give you is also completely incorrect and should not be trusted. It seems really bad ethics to strive from locking people in long contracts in 2023 for a product that underdelivers massively. Suggest offering shorter contracts so people aren't as unhappy when they want or need to leave. After a pandemic and the economic effects of Brexit, this just seems unjust but shows the companies lack of faith in their own product. Again, really nice staff but the product gets a 1 star and that's what this is, staff will change the product won't.
