I called on January 29th and received a warm response to my enquiry. I arranged a date for the repair and took the day off for the works. This morning, I received a text message at 7am to state 'Hi mate, can't make today as summit has come up can we recarrabge fir next week'. 1. If you need to let a customer down, don't send a text at 7am - give them a call after 8am. 2. Check the spelling if you do have to message - it makes the cusotmer feel as if you don't care about dropping the work. 3. Provide a range of avaliable times if you do have to rearrange, so the customer doesn't feel in limbo. If you have NSI/SIA/ISO9001, please log this as a complaint to ensure corrective actions are taken.

I have just seen two lads pull over in a wcs van in Middlesbrough to help a old fella who looked like he had dropped his shopping, they help him in to the van give him a lift home. The world needs more people like you two legends! Well done wcs
