Ordered my dessert just after 9PM rang up at 10:45ish because it wasnt here and they said its on its way and still hasnt arrived at 12:52 this is ridiculous takes your money and doesnt bring the product

If I could this place a 0 I would. Because I waited 45 minutes for a burnt waffle after my kids finished theirs and they had to wait as well but my food was really burnt and smelled like it as well. I had to stop eating it.

Appalling Service, ordered a waffle as it says comes with ice cream. Waffle came with no ice cream and it was absolutely rock solid. When I phoned the lady on the phone told me to put in the microwave and they don't come with ice cream. When I said it says it does on the menu she hung up the phone! Will not be ordering again!
