        I received an email stating my appointment would be on the 24th of March, then when emailing to confirm details regarding documents the day before i received an email stating that my appointment was on the 24th of February and that I had missed it. I showed proof of the email and received an apology and a rebooking. Now a week before the rebooked appointment and after two to three months of wasted time I received another email stating Dr Kamlana has ONLY NOW read my original email and is not licensed by the NHS to help me with the one medication issue i approached him about. It seems from my perspective that youre unlikely to get very personal care here.
