While I came for the collection, the post office working time was up to 7:30 but the staff already left totally a waste place

My son went in to buy a 2nd class stamp and was refused one at the post office counter. He was told to go to front of the shop and buy one from that counter, Where he was told the price is 1 not the 60something pence it should have been. My husband went in to clarify this as thought it might of just been a mistake but no he got over charged too. Used to be a lovely Post Office until it got taken over, now service is so slow I could probably hand deliver the letter or package quicker. Use the one on Chipchase Road now much quicker and friendlier staff.
