Sat in shop food took 1 hour to come for a pizza it only takes 15 mins to cook a pizza

One star because I xant do a zero rating . After ordering from here my daughter specifically asked for the chilli sauce and garlic mayo seperate knowing im allergic...but what happens they smother the whole thing in garlic sauce so I couldn't eat it..I've tried to ring and no sooner as I said you smothered ...he puts the phone down....when someone asks for something specific it's because they either don't like it or have allergies

Im very disappointed with this takeaway I have been a very frequent customer over the years, but over the past few months service has gone downhill, Ive sometimes waited 3 hours for food which is not on at all and for it to arrive cold then to call up to be fobbed off by them. Nah not again.
