        Counter assistants attitude a disgrace to the NHS no wonder its in a state she couldn't be botherd to take payment for prepayment certificate told me to do it at home on Internet wich I don't have give me a wrong phone number to do it on phone and took offence when I told her she's obviously in the wrong job would like to no what her priority is if its not the patient stood in front of her don't go to this pharmacy.

        Went to get my flu jab. Staff pleasant. And the gentleman who gave me the jab was very nice explained symptoms that I could get ,didn't feel anything. I also use this boots to get my perscription And the staff are always pleasant.
