        I don't know what you have to do to get someone to answer the phone, 12 minutes with someone repeating, " your call is important to us please hold the line someone will be with you shortly" IF ITS THAT IMPORTANT ANSWER THE PHONE. They have spent lots of money altering the place, it would be better employing more staff and having a better organised structure, because this one isn't working.
