Was a realy good chemist a couple of years agoe. Unfortunatly not any more, same thing all the time, not ready, cant find it. My wife put a new script in of the doctor to take straight away,just been in and que out the door so no meds yet

Never known such a rubbish chemist! My partner ..who isn't well got ther for you opening! He's still stood ther an hour later ! Waiting for his antibiotics!!He was told 20 mins..because the pharmacist was late!! What an abslaoute joke !! Ridiculous service!! 2 busy talking amongst yourselves! You get sorted quicker in boots! Which is far more busy ! Don't tell me to message head office to complain! I already did!

One of the girls that work their Claire was absolutely disgusting she embarrassed me by the way she spoke to me I was humiliated, I'm not happy about the chemist they make u feel so uncomfortable and they look down their nose at you, even the pharmacist James heard what she said to me and was shocked this is inappropriate behaviour from a professional

Once again father left with no medication,but it wont be there fault they will blame doctors and doctors will blame them,supposed to be on repeat dispense and delivery which has never worked yet without at least three visits to doctors and chemist to go through the same palava we do every month,did get sorted for about three month while a lady called Emma was dealing with us but was told by chemist staff she shouldnt have been ordering for us as was not fair on other staff when she was of! So back to square one again,no medication now till at least Tuesday because of Easter holidays,just have to keep my fingers crossed that my father does not die while waiting for someone to get there act together

Hated going in this pharmacy,to have to deal with rude, disorganized staff having to fight with them to get your medication , we have been trying for years to find a solution to monthly problems both with the doctor and the pharmacy ,then the lovely Emma came along and sorted everything out , everything has run like clockwork this month and last ,she is so polite and professional ,and listens to you ,I can not praise her enough she is a credit to your company
