Boots Pharmacy

Absolutely useless, won't even change a faulty inhaled they supplied. Not even offer to do an emergency supply. Just got told to go through doctors. I work in a pharmacy myself and this is shocking to see didn't even ask the pharmacist if there is anything they can do. Don't go here.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The blonde female pharmacist (didn't catch her name) was extremely helpful when we went in with a query about our newborn. Security guard always gets the door for customers to enter/leave and is always polite, although doesn't seem to smile much. Marked down slightly as they often can't get a hold of our medication we need for the baby - however this is a supplier issue and not a reflection on the staff at the store. They often try to rectify the issue or will return the prescription and find somewhere that stocks it for us

The staff in this pharmacy are always very helpful. I have appreciated their great dispensing of my prescriptions during the six months. Thank you Boots Hemlington.

Staff aren't very friendly or helpful lady with glasses has attitude problems should leave the job been so sour

Jane and Vicky,have sorted numerous issues out for my husband with his medication. Obviously the last 2 years has not been easy for a lot of businesses especially the pharmacies. I can only speak as I find and , Boots Chemist want to be thankful they have you two as part of their staff. Thank you .
