        Great place, answered very quickly Only caveat, you have to signal someone to open the door from inside

        Incorrect opening times on the website. Arrived to pick up an order to find them closed with their new opening times stuck on the door. Not helpful when the website stated they were open. I could see people working inside so I tried to ring the store. After ignoring the calls, they clearly took the phone off the line as I was then getting user busy tone. Poor customer service. Wont be using them again.

        This is the 2nd time I could not get into the pharmacy at Linthorpe road. It is kept locked and only 2 customers were inside. Press the button many times, staffs saw it bit didnt open. Waited several min and left. It happened before as well. I wanted to buy some otc things.
