Went there for Childern covid vaccine , appointment was booked at 5:20 pm , as soon as reached outside the pharmacy received the call informing that nurse is not there so will have to wait until 6pm So I decided to wait there for the nurse , nurse didnt turn up at 6pm so another staff member said he is going to put Childern details in the computer and if nurse doesnt turn up in next 5 minutes he will delete the details . After 5 minutes staff member decided that he would do the covid injection himself because nurse still didnt turn . Question is if a staff member was authorised to do covid injection why were we made to wait for so long for the nurse ? If he was not authorised to do covid injection why did he decide to do it?

Would give zero stars if possible. My daughter has been caller no.1 for 45 minutes. What is going on. If you can't provide a service, shut up shop.

Pharmacist Afetsi is very rude and abrupt. I have severe depression and he makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and tries to intimidate me so will never use again. Have gone without medication due to his ignorance
