        Couple years ago beat my dog up got hair pieces took out of my poor defenceless dog and had to go to vets because of its eye its traumatised and doesnt like grooms do not recommend

        Rang up to enquire about the service, and the staff were down right rude and quick to judge, never let me explain the full situation before they cut me off and said that they dont want my dog there, they may not be fully equipped or knowledgeable to deal with all situations witch I understand, but there is no need for the way he responded really unprofessional of him and rude.
