        Kept waiting beyond my appointment time. My answers to registration questions were met with exuberance that made me feel like Id won Mastermind! The eye test was excellent throughout and the help in choosing my glasses was useful. Their fitting before and after the lens were made was professionally done. The only real problem was the staffs continual reference to a survey prize draw that I would get by email. I never got it. I called and was told that they didnt have my email. I provided it. 2 weeks later no prize draw email. Another call and told that I was automatically entered into the draw. Yet the paperwork given referred to complete our email survey!!!!! Do they know what theyre doing?
