        The care though is great, the staff lovely and the facilities purpose build and 'airy'. There is a direct number - so you don't have to listen to two privacy disclaimers and the top level menu trying to sell you a future place.

        My sister Shirley Hogg spent her last days in The Willows and the care and attention she and all of her family received was second to non all of the staff were amazing and nothing was too much for them, Jo her daughter was given so much support and I know she really appreciated how the staff looked after her Mum. Thank you all so much.
