        The service was excellent, staff helpful and courteous. I was disappointed with the fact I wasn't' allowed a courtesy car, because it was a Saturday, which didn't equate, because I would have brought the car back before the showroom closed , even though it stated, a free courtesy car all around the showroom. It didn't say, no courtesy car because it's a Saturday!!. The wording needs changing I think.

        Brilliant service from Kevin! I was nervous about buying a car at a distance having not seen it in person, and this was also my first electric car so I wasn't sure how I'd find it. But Kevin put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. He also replied very quickly to emails when I had any queries. The car was then delivered to my door within 4 days and I'm loving it. Would definitely recommend buying from Evans Halshaw Nissan Middlesbrough, and Kevin in particular is an asset to the company.
