Nail icon

Been here a few times but today I've come away with 4 sore bleeding fingers. The girl seemed in a rush. Paid for white tips cost me 40 and in my opinion haven't painted enough white tip on to look natural, so when the nails grow a bit it will just look like i have a long nail bed,rather than natural nail growth.Also some of the nails are filed wonky and some nails are sort of sticking upwards as if the acrylic hasn't been filed down enough. I had to go back in and get the worst one removed and re done straight away. I did point out the other nails sticking upwards but she just said " no, I don't think so" and just replaced the worst one. I don't think I'll be returning for 40 you want them perfect, not a rushed shoddy job. Service: Sculpted nails

If I could give no stars I would, terrible customer service they didnt paint my nails the colour which I asked for although I chose the colour, they got it out then said no and painted it a completely different shade, the length was also longer than I asked for and they did not file smooth, He was then asking me personal questions and one proceeded to hold my hand for no reason whatsoever then began to laugh with his colleague which I presume was about me as I was the only one in the shop. Such bad customer service I knew they were slagging me off saying I had such small hands and as if its bad they laughed and giggled while she was pointing at my hands I paid 40 pounds for a French tip and one snowflake on my ring finger for Christmas and fell off after 6days! My mam was fuming because she spent so much money on these nails for them to last for less than a week its shocking!!
