The service Joe provided was above and beyond what I expected, as a first time buyer the process was already confusing and Joe helped simplify things and ensure that the best mortgages were avaialble at all times by constantly reviewing the current mortgage rates. He also took it upon himself to liase with estate agents to ensure the appropriate documentation was present at all stages of the process and kept clear communication through the entire process. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to use Joe again and can certainly recommend him, and I fully intend to use him again when my fixed rate is ending. Joe was amazing from start to finish. As a first time buyer we didnt know anything but Joe explained everything well and helped us understand the full process. He answered all my questions (and there were a lot) really quickly. Will definitely be sticking with Hodgson Financial and will be recommending to friends and family.
