We arranged for the carpet fitter to come at 12 o clock to measure up. I phoned the shop twice and left messages. Nobody rang me back. He eventually arrived at 2.30. If he had only had the courtesy to phone I wouldn't have minded. We cancelled the order and went elsewhere.
