Sold wrong part to my on purpose and has since been dodging my calls and hasn't been showing up to his unit. I think he only comes to work now briefly to rip new people off. I've been trying to get my money refunded for almost 2months. I'm considering involving the police. What he has done is tantamount to fraud and deception. I do not recommend doing business with them

Hello, I thought I'd give my review as I see a lot of negativity about this garage on the reviews page here. I recently had my bmw 1 series engine rebuilt after a snapped timing chain, the car is only 5 years old so I knew this was going to be either a scrap, new engine or a very expensive rebuild. All the above was going to be a pain no matter what I did. New engine would have to be down south, engine rebuild would cost a fortune by some well known rebuild garages in the north east, in the end I thought it would be easier to scrap or sell for parts....But then I got in touch with Watty (owner) and he did me a price and rebuild that I thought was to good to be true. After much consideration I went through with it and tbh the best decision I ever made, the car came back without any problems and the engine had been steamed cleaned (looked like a brand new engine!). The car now after 6 weeks, runs like brand new! I would recommend this garage for an engine rebuild to anyone! Also help your local businesses out. Don't waste your money and tracing your car down south and getting a garage you don't know fixing it. That being said I understand that everyone has bad experiences with any type of garages, Theres been times when i have bad experiences with garages who I take my car to regularly but doesn't mean I would go straight to the keyboard and post a bad review and also doesn't mean that every time I am going to get the same experience...This is someones income and reputation that you can damage. But all in all good garage and highly recommended.
