I have been trying to get an appointment for months, every time I call I'm told to call back on Monday, when I call on Monday I never even get through to a queue. I resorted to online consultations to actually speak to my GP, I have done this twice now, the first time being flat out ignored and the second time receiving a one sentence email stating my econsultation had been passed to a GP, I have heard nothing since. So much for a duty of care, you should all be ashamed of yourselves, waste of time and taxpayer money

The service is diabolical. Currently still on hold waiting for somebody to answer the phone after 25 minutes. Says they open at 8am I can guarantee the phones will not be on at 8am and like many others needing an emergency appointment today I am still sat here in the hope somebody will eventually answer....call handlers....granted not necessarily their fault but they are clearly rushed and stressed but when you feel unwell a snappy call handler is the last thing you need!
