C&M have been fantastic throughout our year long tenancy. The communication has always been clear and they have been very quick to respond to the few problems we faced with the property. C and M were very friendly from the first day I encountered them. Chris was instrumental to seeing that I got the house I rented through them and Becky was the most amazing person I have met in all my dealings as regards renting, she was very fast in responding to my queries and seeing that they were resolved in no time.
